Ceto

Ceto is a small, inconspicuous village that relies on farming and fishing to sustain themselves. Persephone has chosen the island to house the gateway into the Underworld that she passes through twice a year, marking the change in seasons. This time of year, the leaves are usually mid-turn, and the island’s yearly harvest is ready to be reaped, usually in dedication to Persephone and Demeter. However Ceto is currently beset by a cruel and unusual winter, with the harbors frozen over and constant blizzards slowly extinguishing the islanders’ flame.
